After placing my order and having it cut, Phill reached out with an update after the design I provided wasn't 100% suitable for HTV printing. He showed me some images of what had printed out well, and offered to send the item as-is or reprint/refund — I opted to get the HTV sent out as-is, as it was more than workable in that state! Fantastic communication and customer service, and the end result is absolutely superb quality. Will definitely use again if I need HTV in the future.

I needed some really tiny transfers for models, while the dot resolution isn't as high as the original artwork, the outcome was still very good. The transfer material itself works very well. Much of my design was white and looks great. I would like a tinted backing paper though, so that the white transfers are easier to see on the sheet.
